Return & Exchange Policy

Articles are accepted for in-store credit or exchange in the US if returned in saleable condition within seven days from date of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable) cannot be refunded. In-store credit must be used within 180 days from the date of such credit and the original in-store credit slip must be submitted at the time of redemption.

    • Any returns after seven days will be subject to 15% restocking fee based on sale value of each item

    • Any returns after 30 days will be subject to 25% restocking fee based on sale value of each item, or on the gold purchase price per gold net weight        at the prevalent gold purchase rate on the date of return, whichever is higher

    • Customer must pay any shipping expense

    • No returns on silver items

    • Any item listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" cannot be returned

Upon receipt of properly returned original merchandise as noted above, within seven days thereafter, we will issue an in-store credit. Or alternatively a customer may choose to get in-store credit for the value of the returned item (less any fees) for purchase of another item at a later date. Store credit shall be in the name of customer only.

Exchange Policy:

We currently provide a 7-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products (except special order items). The exchange may be towards another product of equal or lower value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (info@pngjewelers.com) or by telephone (408) 245 6764. However, any item listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" cannot be exchanged. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the purchase price. In addition, the following conditions must be satisfied.

    • The products must be in their original packing

    • The products must be the same and in original, resalable condition and should show no sign of wear, misuse or damage

    • 15% restocking charge applicable for any exchange for gold or diamond jewelry purchased

    • No exchange for silver items.

    • Any return shipping costs and insurance costs (if applicable) shall be paid by customer

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above conditions, we will issue in-store credit. The in-store credit may be used at any time within 180 days from the date of the credit and the original credit slip must be provided. All determination by PNG Jewelers Inc. regarding anything relating to its return or exchange policy or conditions, shall be final. Any return or exchange in India of Diamond Jewelry purchased in the Sunnyvale, California, store should be done at export division of P N Gadgil & Co. Laxmi Road, Pune.
